'75 Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

2 dashes Lucid Absinthe
1 tsp grenadine
2 oz calvados
1 oz gin

PREPARATION

In a cocktail shaker, add ice, Lucid Absinthe, grenadine, calvados, and gin. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled coupe.

INGREDIENTS

Lucid Absinthe
1 oz gin
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Lillet Blanc

PREPARATION

In a cocktail shaker, add ice, gin, lemon juice, Cointreau, and Lillet Blanc. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled coupe rinsed with Lucid Absinthe.

LUCID FRAPPE
Lucid Frappe

INGREDIENTS

1 oz Lucid Absinthe
0.5 oz simple syrup
6-8 fresh mint leaves
1 oz soda water

PREPARATION

Muddle 6-8 mint leaves and simple syrup in a tall glass. Add crushed ice, pour in Lucid Absinthe, cover with a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Top with soda water.

INGREDIENTS

Lucid Absinthe
2 oz rye
3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 sugar cube
1 lemon peel

PREPARATION

Fill a rocks glass with ice and set aside. Muddle the sugar cube and bitters in a mixing glass. Add the rye and ice and stir to chill and dissolve the sugar. Dump the ice out of the rocks glass and rinse with Lucid, discard excess. Pour the contents of the mixing glass into the rinsed rocks glass. Rub lemon on the rim.

INGREDIENTS

Lucid Absinthe
2 oz cognac
1 sugar cube
4 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
lemon peel

PREPARATION

Fill a rocks glass with ice. In another glass, saturate the sugar cube with water and crush. Blend with the cognac and bitters. Add ice and stir. Discard the ice from the first glass and rinse with Lucid, discard the excess. Strain the liquor into the rinsed glass. Twist the lemon peel over the glass so that the lemon oil cascades into the drink, then rub the peel over the rim of the glass; do not put the twist in the drink.

1 oz Lucid Absinthe

PREPARATION

Pour Lucid Absinthe into a champagne coupe or flute. Add iced champagne until it attains the proper opalescence.

1.5 oz pear vodka
1 oz peach schnapps
4 oz lemon-lime soda
1 mint sprig

PREPARATION

In a cocktail shaker, add ice, Lucid Absinthe, pear vodka, peach schnapps, and lemon-lime soda. Shake vigorously and strain into a highball glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.

ABSINTHE MARY

INGREDIENTS

1-1.5 oz Lucid Absinthe
1 oz vodka
4 oz spicy bloody mary mix
4 dashes of worcestershire sauce, horseradish, ground pepper, garlic salt, celery salt

PREPARATION

In a pint glass add ice, Lucid Absinthe, vodka, bloody mary mix, worcestershire sauce, and other spices. Shake and serve with an olive, pepperoncini, and lime wedge.

1 oz Lucid Absinthe
1 oz coffee liqueur
1 oz crème liqueur

PREPARATION

In a rocks glass combine Lucid Absinthe, coffee liqueur and crème liqueur.

INGREDIENTS

1 oz Lucid Absinthe
1 oz melon liqueur
1.5 oz lemonade
0.5 oz sweet ‘n sour mix

PREPARATION

Squeeze lime and drop into shaker. Shake ingredients and strain into martini glass. Float with 2/3 Sprite and 1/3 soda. Garnish with lime.

BRAZILIAN SANGRIA

INGREDIENTS

fresh fruit
.25 oz Lucid Absinthe
1.25 oz cachaca
.5 oz spanish brandy
.5 oz orange liqueur
1 oz red wine

PREPARATION

In a cocktail shaker, thoroughly muddle the fruit with Lucid Absinthe, cachaça, brandy, and orange liqueur. Pour into a wine glass. Float red wine on top of cocktail.

COLA FAIRY

1 oz Lucid Absinthe
1 oz vanilla vodka
4 oz cola
1 mint sprig

PREPARATION

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a highball glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

CRESCENT COCKTAIL

1 oz champagne
4-6 mint leaves

PREPARATION

In a glass, add mint & triple sec, then muddle. Add ice, Lucid Absinthe, pineapple juice & champagne. Garnish with mint sprig.

FRENCH PEAR

2 oz fresh pear juice or pear nectar
0.5 oz simple syrup (or agave nectar)
0.5 oz lemon juice
handful of sliced cucumber

PREPARATION

In a cocktail shaker, add ice, Lucid Absinthe, pear juice, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Shake vigorously and strain over ice in a rocks glass, add cucumber wedge.

GINGER MINT JULEP

1.25 oz Lucid Absinthe
.5 oz Domaine de Canton
6-8 mint leaves
soda water

PREPARATION

Muddle mint in bottom of glass and fill with ice. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, Lucid Absinthe and Domaine de Canton. Shake vigorously and strain into glass. Add splash of soda water.

HONG KONG PHOOEY

2 oz TyKu
4 oz ginger ale

PREPARATION

In a rocks glass, muddle 2 lime wedges. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, TyKu and Lucid Absinthe. Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass. Add Ginger Ale. Garnish with lime wedges.

lemon wedge or cherry

PREPARATION

Fill a tall glass with ice and add Lucid Absinthe and Effen Black Cherry Vodka. Add lemon-lime soda and float raspberry liqueur. Garnish with a lemon wedge or cherry and serve.

LUCID COOLER

2 oz Lucid Absinthe
1 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz fresh lime
1 oz ginger ale
4 fresh basil leaves
5 fresh grapes

PREPARATION

Build in a rocks glass. Muddle basil leaves with simple syrup. Add ice, Lucid Absinthe, St-Germain, fresh lime and ginger ale. Garnish with 5 whole grapes.

PREPARATION

Fill a tall glass with ice and add Lucid Absinthe and Stirrings Ginger Ale. Garnish with a lime wedge.

PREPARATION

In a cocktail shaker, add ice, Lucid, triple sec & squeeze of orange. Shake vigorously till ice cold. Pour into tall glass and top with lemon-lime soda. Garnish with mint sprig & orange slice.

PREPARATION

STARRY NIGHT

1/2 oz Lucid Absinthe
2-3 oz chocolate vodka
1/2 oz simple syrup
crushed chocolate cookie
Chinese star anise

PREPARATION

Line rim of a martini glass with crushed chocolate cookie. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, chocolate vodka, Lucid Absinthe and simple syrup. Shake thoroughly and strain into the martini glass. Add the Chinese star anise.

THE GREEN LANTERN

1 oz Lucid Absinthe
1.5 oz Midori Melon Liqueur
splash of ginger ale
2-3 lime wedges
1 lime spiral

PREPARATION

In a rocks glass, muddle 2 lime wedges. Add ice, Midori Melon Liqueur and Lucid Absinthe. Shake vigorously and return to rocks glass. Add ginger ale and lime spiral.

TRINITY

1 oz Lucid Absinthe
0.5 oz simple syrup or triple sec
4 oz ice cold water

PREPARATION

Pour Lucid Absinthe into a rocks glass. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, water and simple syrup (or substitute) and shake vigorously. Strain the mix over the Lucid Absinthe and serve.

VIOLET FEMME

1 oz lemonade or sour mix
2 oz ginger ale
1 lemon wedge

PREPARATION

Fill a tall glass with ice and add raspberry liqueur, Lucid Absinthe and lemonade. Cover with cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Top glass with ginger ale, add a lemon wedge and serve.

VAN GOGH'S GARDEN

0.5 oz simple syrup
club soda
kiwi fruit
cucumber

PREPARATION

Muddle two cucumber wheels & two peeled kiwi wheels with the simple syrup in a double rocks glass. Fill with ice & add the Lucid Absinthe. Top with club soda. Garnish with an unpeeled kiwi wheel.
